We believe in from scratch only; in sugar and butter over artificial sweeteners and chemicals; in using meat that’s free of antibiotics; in creating less waste, and using recyclable materials like plant-based plastic; in passing down family recipes from generation to generation; in the strength of our grandmothers and of women; in supporting Texas farmers using local ingredients when possible; that fussy food isn’t fun; in the power of community in Fredericksburg.
